These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of waste collection services provided by Reynolds Brothers, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By signing up for service or using our website, you agree to the following:
1. Service Overview
We provide residential waste collection services based on the selected plan. Customers are responsible for placing trash out according to the guidelines provided at sign-up and on our website.
2. Month-to-Month Service
Our services are billed month-to-month, with no long-term contracts. You may cancel service at any time by notifying us via phone, email, or text message at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
3. Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance on the billing date.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and checks.

You agree never to email or text us your credit card information—doing so is prohibited for your protection.

If payment is not received by the due date, service may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
4. Service Modifications and Fees
We reserve the right to change service plans, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice.
On-demand pickups requested outside of your regular schedule may incur an additional fee.
5. Trash Limits and Restrictions
Your plan includes a set number of bags per week.

Bags must not exceed 35 lbs each.

We may refuse to pick up overweight, hazardous, or improperly bagged items.

Failure to comply may result in additional fees or service refusal.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel service at any time by text, phone, or email.

We do not issue refunds for unused service.

Instead, we will continue collecting your trash through the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Damage to items placed too close to trash.

Missed pickups due to inaccessible locations, weather, or unsafe conditions.

Accidental disposal of items left near trash cans that may not have been intended for removal. If you do not want something taken, please keep it clearly separate from your trash.
8. Customer Conduct
You agree to provide accurate contact and service information, notify us of any changes, and treat our staff with respect.
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data.
